What happens next

Use the reset link from your inbox to prove control of the email address before IPS Gateway accepts a new password.

After a successful reset, existing sessions are retired and you continue with a fresh authenticated session in the browser.

If your account uses MFA, IPS Gateway will still ask for your authenticator code before you reach account settings.
